These bars are an amazing mix of creamy and crumbly with as much or as little sweetness as you like. I left the stevia out of mine and had a less sweet sort of breakfast bar that was gone in 3 days!
1/2 cup coconut flour
1.5 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened hemp milk (flax or coconut would also work)
pinch of salt
1/2 cup unsweetened sunbutter
1/3 cup unsweetened hemp milk
1/4 cup cacao butter, melted
1/4 cup Nature’s hollow Sugar Free Maple
stevia, to taste
handful of Lily’s chocolate chips
Place crust ingredients in food processor and process until crumbly and well combined. Press into the bottom of a small, parchment paper lined baking dish. Rinse your food processor and blend your filling ingredients. Pour filling over crust and top with chocolate chips. Refrigerate until solid.
